Reiff Steading is a spacious, cosy, ground level self-catering holiday home nestled in an enclosed garden with outside seating areas and ample parking. The bright and spacious lounge to the front enjoys stunning sea views towards the Summer Isles and the dining kitchen to the rear has a  captivating outlook over the Loch of Reiff to the rocky shoreline and open sea beyond.


There are two large bedrooms, also located to the rear of the house, which sleep five. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room, features a king size bed and the second en-suite bedroom can be furnished with two or three single beds as required.


A guest toilet, cloakroom, utility and drying room all contribute to make a stylish, comfortable, yet practical self-catering holiday home.


Lounge


The large and very comfortable lounge, with feature windows overlooking the sea, is a wonderful place to absorb the stunning coastal views. Relax on the sofa and flick through one of the many interesting reference books, or choose a novel to read whilst listening to music through the BOSE Soundlink speaker. Pull up a chair, open the drop-leaf table and have fun playing cards or chess. With many Board games, selection of toys and children's books, smart TV and DVDs; there is something to keep everyone entertained.

Kitchen


The dining table, from where you can enjoy views over the Loch of Reiff, is the perfect spot to relax and savour some of fantastic fresh local produce. Serve up those culinary creations on a selection of Denby tableware or crockery from local pottery; Highland Stoneware. The well-equipped kitchen has all the usual appliances; including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils, pans, glasses, coffee and tea pots. In addition to these, a food processor and baking equipment for those times when you have the urge to whip up a cake!

A dishwasher will assist with washing-up, leaving you to check-out the wall-hung Ordnance Survey map of the area and plan the next days' adventure.


Bedrooms


Both bedrooms look out over the Loch of Reiff where wildlife including herons, ducks and on occasion otters, can be spotted. During the summer months, the late evening sunshine gently lights the rooms in a warm glow.

The elements of this coastal location combined with crisp white bed linen and comfy mattress provide the perfect environment in which to relax and recharge the batteries. Storage is plentiful with a combination of drawers, shelves and hanging space. A sliding door gives access to the en-suite facilities.

Step in to the spacious cubicle with push button shower; including rainwater shower-head and enjoy the aroma of Hebridean Seaweed body wash from the The Highland Soap Company. Illuminated de-misting mirrors give additional lighting and can be used as an alternative light source to avoid switching on the bathroom light whilst others are sleeping!

Outdoors


The open aspect of the garden gives maximum opportunity to enjoy the surrounding views. A large gate opens on to the driveway at the side of the house. Spacious areas to the front and rear provide ample room to relax, play and dine alfresco. The picnic table and other seating area are perfectly situated to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine and in the evening, watch as the sun sets over the Loch of Reiff. To the front of the house, is a bench and bespoke table where you can sit and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this coastal location watching the ferry, fishing boats and yachts sail by.
